The Matador Gymnasium serves CSUN men’s and women’s basketball teams as well as the Matador men’s and women’s volleyball teams. The 49-year-old facility has undergone major enhancements recently and Linespace provided environmental design solutions to elevate the team and fan experience.

The first of many improvements began with the playing surface. Linespace completed a dynamic court design that evokes Matador pride and reflects the success of these NCAA Division 1 athletic teams. With the installation of the new court and gymnasium graphics complete, we can look forward to the next phase of enhancements for the facility entrance hall and concourse. The new improvements will include historical exhibitions, a “wall of honor”, floor graphics, digital media displays, and architectural graphic enhancements.
