Our team designed all interior and exterior graphics and wayfinding for two multi-level parking structures at Scottsdale Quarter. One of the challenges was to design an exterior graphic enhancement that would provide screening for the five levels of above grade parking. A slat system was designed within the 30 foot square openings providing surface area for large cactus images while allowing for air to circulate in and out of the openings. Due to the large size of the two multi-level parking garages, Linespace devised a system of naming and color coding to assist in the visitor wayfinding experience. This included large scale color and branding at each entrance, as well as static and digital entry signage. This project incuded an extensive retail tenant signage guidelines document to maintain a cohesive environmental experience.
