Palms Place is a condo, hotel, and spa resort located adjacent to the famous Palms Hotel and Casino. It offers 599 units ranging from studio and one-bedroom suites to penthouses for purchase or rent. Linespace designed an exterior and interior sign system along with the project identity.
Design elements feature a simple modern style primarily using typography as the main design feature. A large podium identity and simple wayfinding provide an architecturally integrated sign system and brand identity throughout the property.
