2100 Kettner will be the first mixed-use office building of this kind located in the historic Little Italy district. The vision established by Kilroy and project architect, Gensler, honors the historic character of the district while also offering a modern office building. We are working closely with the design team to produce a building identity and signage program that if fully integrated with the character and structure of the project. Tenant signage guidelines allow for unique brand expression within a curated system of elements that balance architectural features.
