Comprised of Tuscan architecture. Eilan is derived from the French word “elan” meaning distinctive and stylish elegance. It is a mixed-use community made up of 200,000 sq. ft. of retail space, 540 luxury rental units, a boutique hotel and spa, a marketing center and power plant facilities. The Linespace team worked closely with the developer, Wereldhave USA, to design well integrated monument markers and a site-wide wayfinding system that compliments the Tuscan style architecture and expresses the Eilan brand. The primary challenge was the budget. Linespace proposed a customized stock sign post system in order to save enough budget to create custom large-scale monument markers that define the site edges and entries.
