Developed by Brookfield Properties and designed by Marmol Radziner, Beaudry is a landmark high-rise that redefines vertical living in Los Angeles. Standing 64 stories above the city and adjacent to FIGat7th, the tower offers curated amenities, panoramic views, and refined common areas that blend LA’s legacy of mid-century cool with a contemporary indoor-outdoor lifestyle.
Linespace partnered with Brookfield and Marmol Radziner to craft a signage and environmental identity program that reflects the building’s quiet sophistication and architectural precision. The system includes building identity, vehicular and pedestrian directionals, amenity identifiers, and a comprehensive interior wayfinding suite.
Materials were selected to reflect permanence and warmth—natural bronze tones, satin black metals, and etched acrylics—complemented by clean, modern typography and subtle integrated lighting. The signage sits comfortably within Marmol Radziner’s restrained design language, supporting the residential flow without overpowering the serene interiors.
Amenity spaces such as the pool deck, rooftop lounge, fitness center, and co-working suites are identified with signage that echoes the same calm materiality—anchoring them with presence while maintaining visual quiet. Together, the signage system acts as a soft but confident layer of user guidance, reinforcing the sense of elevated living that defines Beaudry.
