The Lewis Library and Technology Center, Fontana’s architectural landmark, required a signage program that met accessibility needs while reflecting the library’s civic importance.

Linespace created a tactile, accessible signage system that complements the library’s bold civic architecture. Room IDs, donor plaques, and informational elements use a mix of contemporary forms and material contrast for legibility and presence. The system emphasizes community access—supporting diverse users while visually reinforcing the site’s importance as a hub of learning and civic pride.
